Vegetable mix

Ingredients for 2 people
5 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 sweet potato
1 pc. Courgette
1 pc. Eggplant
Fresh herbs
1 tbsp Stedy Härdöpfelgwürz
2 KL garlic powder

Preparation

Cut the vegetables into rings approx. 1-2 cm thick. Tip: If you cut the vegetables wavy or jagged, they will have a super appetizing grilled look.
Then place the vegetables in a bowl. 
Now you can add the rapeseed oil and the spices. 
Finally, take any fresh herbs you like, chop them finely and mix them into the rest. 
And let the barbecue fun begin.

 Preparation

Tip the vegetable mixture onto the hot, oiled grill ring. 
We recommend that you work on the ring side that is not quite so hot. 
You can also prepare the vegetables on the outer grill ring.
You can carefully turn the vegetables with the spatulas or your fingers.
