Ingredients for 2 people
5 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 sweet potato
1 courgette Courgette
1 pc. Eggplant
Fresh herbs
1 tbsp Stedy Härdöpfelgwürz
2 KL garlic powder
Preparation
Cut the vegetables into rings approx. 1-2 cm thick. Tip: If you cut the vegetables wavy or jagged, they will have a super appetizing grilled look.
Then place the vegetables in a bowl.
Now you can add the rapeseed oil and spices.
Last but not least, take any fresh herbs you like, chop them finely and mix them into the rest.
And off you go with the barbecue fun.
Preparation
Tip the vegetable mixture onto the hot, oiled grill ring.
We recommend that you work on the side of the ring that is not quite so hot.
You can also cook the vegetables on the outer grill ring.
You can carefully turn the vegetables with spatulas or your fingers.
