Vegetable casserole

Ingredients for 4 people
1-2 potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 fennel, 3dl full cream, grated cheese of your choice, Stedy Gmües Gwürz, Stedy Knoblach granules, 1 aluminum bowl

Preparation

Wash and cut the vegetables and place in the aluminum dish. Season and fill up to half of the aluminum dish with full cream. Then cover with grated cheese.

Preparation

Place the casserole on the firebricks. After 20 minutes, turn the aluminum dish so that the casserole is now nicely baked on the other side as well. The vegetable casserole should be ready after 40 minutes.

Our tip

Do you like the casserole firm to the bite? Then mix 2 eggs into the full cream and season with 1 KL meat and 1 KL Härdöpfelgwürz.
