Ingredients for 3 people
7-10 mushrooms
7-10 toothpicks
7-10 slices of bacon
50g gratin cheese
Fresh herbs
Garlic powder
Preparation
Remove the stalk from the mushrooms, fill the resulting cavity with cheese, sprinkle with garlic powder and fresh herbs. Wrap the mushroom morsels in bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Preparation
Place the mushroom canapés on the hot grill ring. Make sure you place the stuffed cheese side on the grill ring first. As soon as the bacon is cooked to your liking, turn it over to the closed side and leave it until the mushrooms are soft and the cheese has melted.
Our tip
Stick to the first side, so that the cheese does not accidentally run out.
