Ingredients for 2 people
1 pack of scallops
1 long bell pepper
2 slices of pineapple
1 pinch of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of meat seasoning
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 pinch of dried basil

Preparation
Cut the peppers and pineapple into small slices.
Season the scallops with the spices mentioned above.
Now you can skewer the scallops and vegetables.
Preparation
Place the scallop skewers on the hot, oiled grill ring.
We recommend working on the hot spot (not over firebricks).
Turn the grill once or twice.
