Ingredients for 4 people
3 zucchinis
1 yellow, red and green pepper
8 cherry tomatoes
2 onions, 2 spring onions
1 teaspoon of potato seasoning
2 pinches of meat seasoning
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 pinch of basil

Preparation
Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Cut the cherry tomatoes at least in half so that they don’t roll away later. Put everything in a bowl, add a good glug of olive oil and then season with the spices.

Now you can place the vegetable mixture on the hot oiled grill ring. Make sure to work on a side that is not too hot, preferably on the outer edge or above the firebricks. Keep turning the vegetables with the spatulas from our starter pack. After 10 to 15 minutes, your ratatouille should be nice and soft.
Barbecue tip
It often happens that the oil from the vegetables runs inside and drips onto the firebricks, leaving unsightly stains.
Don’t panic, these are easy to fix. At the end, before you call it a day, take a pizza ladle full of embers from the middle of your fireball and spread it over the stained pizza oven, so the stains will burn out by the next time you use it and you will have clean firebricks again.
