Raclette Rösti

Ingredients for 3 people
Stedy Härdöpfelgwürz
Meat spice
Raclette spice
400g Rösti
2 x 1cm thick raclette slices

Preparation
Season the rösti with meat and Härdöpfelgwürz. Cut the cheese 1 cm thick and leave the rind on.

Place the rösti on the hot, oiled grill ring and turn with the spatula until it has reached the desired level of browning.Then place the raclette slices on the grill ring. Be careful: the top of the cheese should face the fire so that the cheese does not run out so quickly. If the cheese starts to slide and threatens to run away into the inside of the fireball, hold it in place with the spatulas. When the cheese surface slowly softens, turn the raclette with the spatulas. Leave to rest for another minute or two, then place on top of the rösti and serve.

Our tip

Always work on the hottest side of the grill ring. This makes it easy to achieve a beautiful, tasty and golden brown crust.
