Ingredients for 4 people
500 g flour
1 tbsp salt
1/2 pack dry yeast
3 dl water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 bottle of tomato sauce
1 pinch of oregano
Some bacon, ham
Mozzarella
Preparation
Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Mix in the yeast. Pour in the water and oil, knead into a soft, smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 1 hour. Divide the dough into quarters, shape into balls, cover again and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 1 hr.
Then pass through the pizza machine or select by hand, spread with tomato sauce and top with bacon, ham, onions and mozzarella as desired.
You can now load the pizza onto the peel. It is important to flour the pizza peel with enough flour beforehand so that nothing sticks.

Preparation
Slide the pizza onto the hot fireclay bricks using the angled pizza peel. After approx. 2 minutes, the pizza should already have some color or even form a bubble, now turn the pizza clockwise. Repeat this until all sides are facing the fire and are nice and crispy. This should take about 7-10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
Our tip
If the pizza takes longer than 10 minutes, you do not have enough heat. Add more wood generously and wait 5 minutes. Now you can start a 2nd attempt.
