Party goulash

Ingredients for 10 people
1 kg minced meat mixed, 1 kg beef goulash, 2 packs of diced bacon, 2 carrots, 2 peppers, 4 onions, 1 spring onion, 2.5 dl full cream, 5 dl tomato sauce, 2 cans kidney beans, 1 can of sweetcorn, 5 tbsp olive oil, 2 dl stock, 3 pinches pepper, 3 pinches salt, 1 pinch peperoncini spice, 2 tbsp garlic granules, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp pepper, 2 tbsp pepper. tin of sweetcorn, 5 tbsp olive oil, 3dl stock, 3 pinches pepper, 3 pinches salt, 1 pinch peperoncini spice, 2 tbsp garlic granules, 1 tbsp paprika, 2 dl red wine of your choice, 150g butter


Preparation
Wash, prepare and chop the vegetables and, with the exception of the carrots, place them in an enameled cooking pan with 5 tbsp. of olive oil.You can also add the butter, carrots and tomato sauce to the cast iron pan.Place the two pans on the hot oiled grill ring. We recommend working on the hottest side and folding a piece of kitchen paper underneath to prevent the pans from slipping.

Preparation

Now you can briefly fry the minced meat, goulash and diced bacon on the grill plate, then put it in the casserole and pour in the wine. don’t forget to stir in the vegetable pan at the same time. after about 10 minutes, put all the ingredients in the casserole and move it to a place with a low to medium heat. Allow the ingredients to simmer there for the next 2 hours, stirring occasionally. When the large pieces of meat are slowly falling apart and the liquid is almost boiling away, your party pot is ready to eat!
