At Grillland, fireballs and fire bowls are made from solid material using a complex hot forming process. This process ensures maximum stability without material stresses. The result: a globe that is still as perfectly round after years as it was on the first day. The impressive wall thickness is produced in a complex process - a production process that only a few manufacturers can offer. The result is an absolutely dimensionally stable fireball that does not warp even under intense heat - a real heirloom. Hemispheres up to 6 mm are often cold-formed using a cost-effective spinning process. This creates material stresses that can lead to warping when exposed to heat. If the wall becomes too hot, the grill ring loses its flat seat and heat escapes. Only welded constructions prevent this completely.
