Ingredients for 4 people
4 beef burgers
4 slices of processed cheese
1 yellow tomato
1 onion
Some green salad
4 dashes of ketchup
4 dashes of mustard
Preparation
Finely slice the tomatoes and onions.
For buns: 1 kg farmer’s flour (90% semi-white flour, 10% rye flour) 2 sachets of dry yeast, 2 tbsp salt, 3 dl water and 4 dl milk, lukewarm
Prepare the dough and leave to stand for approx. 1 hour.
Then shape into burger buns and make sure that they are not too thick.
Place on the grill plate in a position that is not too hot.
Preparation
Now you can also place the burgers on the hot, oiled grill plate. As soon as a crust to your liking has formed, turn the burgers over and place the slices of bacon on the grill ring. Cut the buns in half and toast the cut side on the grill ring.Place the slices of processed cheese on the burgers.Take the buns, drizzle with ketchup and mustard and place the burgers inside.Garnish with onions, lettuce and tomatoes.
Our tip:
Brush the top of the buns with BBQ sauce for a special kick.
