Ingredients for 2 people
6 potatoes
1 onion
Chives
Parsley
Diced bacon
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Chop the fresh chives.
Finely chop the onions and herbs.
Have the diced bacon ready.
Put everything in a bowl.
Season with Stedy Härdöpfelgwürz, meat seasoning, garlic and add a good dash of rapeseed oil so that the seasoning holds and the potatoes shine nicely.
Mix the whole thing well.
Preparation
Place the mixture on the already hot grill plate. We recommend cooking them on the hottest side. Use one or two spatulas to turn the potatoes until they are all golden brown. This should be the case after about 10 minutes. Your roast potatoes are now ready to eat. Of course, you can also keep them warm on the outer half of the ring or on the firebrick side until you are ready.
