Exotic, flamed

Ingredients for 1 portion
½ lemon, 1 handful of blueberries, 7 strawberries, 6 pineapple slices, Stedy dessert spice, 1-2 dl orange liqueur, 1 sprig of fresh peppermint, 2 baking tins

Preparation

Wash and prepare the fruit. Cut the pineapple into slices and halve the strawberries.

Spread the pineapple and strawberries on the hot, oiled grill ring. You can also place the baking tins on the grill ring and add the blueberries. Now season all the fruit with the dessert spice and then turn the pineapple over. Move the baking tins around a little so that the berries turn. Once the fruit is nicely browned and soft, you can pour the orange liqueur over it. Caution! Do not set fire to the liqueur as it will ignite within seconds. It is therefore better to keep a sufficient distance. Once the flames have gone out, you can serve the dessert and garnish with the peppermint.

Our tip

Do not leave the already flamed fruit on the grill plate for too long. Otherwise the caramelized sugar could turn dark and bitter.
