Ingredients for 4 people
8pcs. potatoes
1EL Stedy Härdöpfelgwürz
1 tbsp Stedy meat spice seasoning
3EL sunflower oil
Preparation
Wash and cut the potatoes into 6 to 8 slices each.
Place the slices in a bowl, pour in the oil and season with the Härdöpfel and meat seasoning.

Preparation
Place the slices on the hot, well-oiled grill plate.
We recommend placing them all on one cutting surface.
After about 5 minutes you can place them on the other cut surface.
Once the potato slices are golden brown on both sides, turn them over to the skin side.
Once the country cuts are soft, they are ready to enjoy!
Tip
A homemade quark dipping sauce with onions, garlic and fresh chives goes wonderfully with the dip.
