Ingredients for 4 people
8pcs. Potatoes
1 tbsp Stedy Härdöpfelgwürz
1 tbsp Stedy Fleigewürzschbewürz
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Preparation
Wash and cut the potatoes into 6 to 8 wedges each.
Place the wedges in a bowl, pour in the oil and season with the Härdöpfel and meat seasoning.
Preparation
Place the slices on the hot, well-oiled grill plate.
We recommend placing them all on one cutting surface.
After approx. 5 minutes, you can place them on the other cutting surface.
Once the potato slices are golden brown on both sides, turn them over to the skin side.
Once the country cuts are soft, they are ready to enjoy!
Tip
A home-made quark dipping sauce with onions, garlic and fresh chives is perfect for dipping.
