Ingredients for 2 people
150 g minced meat
2 tomatoes
1 egg
1 onion
2 pcs. Mozzarella balls
some flour
2 tbsp Stedy BBQ rub
2 tsp salt
1 pinch of pepper
Fresh basil
Preparation
Chop the onions. Place them, the minced meat, the egg, the spices mentioned above and a little flour to bind them together in a bowl and mix to form a smooth mixture.
„Now “head" the two tomatoes and hollow them out.
Now you can fill the tomatoes with the minced meat.
To top it off, print a mozzarella ball in the middle.

Preparation
Place the stuffed tomatoes on the hot, oiled grill ring. We recommend that you work on a medium heat. Turn the tomatoes so that one side is always facing the center, the fire. In this way, the mince will cook evenly in the middle. Ready? Now add a sprig of fresh basil to garnish and you're ready to enjoy.
Barbecue tip
Are the tomatoes wobbling or even dancing on your grill ring? Then you can remedy the situation with some aluminum foil: Form a ring or small bowl and place your „favorites“ on it. This will give them a little more grip. Good luck!

Lettuce pieces
Ketchup
1 wooden skewer
