There is a variety of possibilities given when using the gallows with the hand winch. It can be used for the hanging grill grate (included) as well as for the special pots, pans and woks.

The gallows swivel arm is mounted in the socket which has been welded into one of the legs. When not in use, it can be easily dismantled, and the socket covered by a special cap (optional).
The suspended grill grate, made of stainless steel, has a rim that ensures nothing falls into the fire unintentionally. For those customers, who would prefer a more stable suspension grill, we recommend ordering the grill grate fixation. This is attached to the grill grate and runs along the gallow. Through tightening the thumbscrew, the grill grate is fixed in place.
