Ingredients for 4 people
2 pcs. Turkey breast escalope
1 small pack of prawns
1 lemon, 1 lime
4 cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic, ½ onion
Sweet paprika
Mixed pepper, salt
Olive oil, balsamic cream
Fresh herbs

Preparation
Chop the herbs, onion and garlic, put them in a bowl and add about 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Finally, add a squeeze of lime wedge, a pinch of salt, paprika and pepper and mix well…
Now you can cut the escalopes into approx. 3 cm cubes and place them alternately with the prawns on the wooden skewers. Brush them well with the herb and spice oil.
Now off to the grill.
Preparation
Now you can place the skewers on the hot, oiled grill ring. Work on a medium heat so that the turkey can cook slowly without drying out. As soon as one side is golden, turn the skewers over and move them to the outer grill ring to finish grilling on a low heat.
Our tip
Garnish the skewers with lemons, limes and tomato pieces. A splash of balsamic vinegar also goes perfectly with this refreshing barbecue delight.
