1 pepperoni
Parsley
Mozzarella balls
Cream cheese
Stedy BBQ rub
1 pack of minced meat
1 pack of diced bacon
1 egg
Preparation
Cut the peppers in half lengthways and remove the seeds.
Now take the minced meat and diced bacon and place them in a bowl.
Now beat in the egg. Now season with Stedy’s BBQ rub to taste and mix well.
Now you can start filling the pepperoni boats.
Preparation
Place the stuffed minced pepper boats on the hot, oiled grill ring with the meat facing the grill surface. After approx. 5 minutes, we recommend turning the boats over to the round side. Now you can also garnish them with the mozzarella balls, cream cheese and parsley crisps.
Barbecue tip
Place the boats on the hot part of the grill ring to sear. After turning, place them on a less hot area of the ring, for example over the pizza oven insert.
