Stuffed minced pepperoni

Ingredients for 2 people
2 peppers, 1 onion, 2 mushrooms
500 g minced beef
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp Stedy BBQ rub
1 tsp Stedy steakhouse pepper
1 pinch of black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder, 1 pinch of chilli powder
1 tsp dried basil
Feta cheese and Philadelphia herb cheese to garnish

Preparation and cooking

Cut the onion and mushrooms into small cubes and mix them into the mince. Now add the spices mentioned above and mix everything together. Now you can place the mince mixture on the grill ring plate and fry on all sides. In the meantime, turn your attention to the peppers, cut off the base and carefully remove the core. The feet will later serve as a lid. Cut off a ring from each pepper and dice it into small pieces, which we will need later for garnishing. Cut a slice of feta cheese and crumble it with your fingers. By now the mince should be browned. Remove it from the grill ring with the help of two spatulas, put it in a bowl – for transportation – and fill the hollowed-out peppers with it. Now you can garnish one pepperoni with feta cheese, the yellow pepperoni with cubes, the other with herbed Philadelphia cheese and decorate with the red cubes. Now place the two pieces of meat back on the hot, oiled grill ring to warm them up. As soon as they have reached the desired temperature, they are ready to enjoy.
