Sea bream

Ingredients for 1 portion
1 sea bream,
1 lemon,
1 pinch of salt,
1 tbsp olive oil,
5 pcs. Cherry tomatoes,
1 sprig of rosemary

Preparation

Brush both sides of the sea bream generously with olive oil. Cut the lemon into slices, take one and insert it into the belly opening. Now quickly halve the cherry tomatoes so that they don’t fall off later. And off you go.

Preparation

Place the fish on the hot, oiled grill plate. You are welcome to work on the hottest side to fry the sea bream until crispy brown on both sides. When turning the fish, we recommend turning it carefully using the spatula. Depending on how much heat you have applied and how big the fish is, it should be ready to eat after 10 to 15 minutes of frying time. You can leave the cherry tomatoes to stew on the grill ring and use them to garnish the sea bream. Depending on the flavor, you can also put the sprig of rosemary in the belly to let it steep or place it directly on the fish as a garnish.

Our tip

If you need a little more time or want to take things a little slower, use a piece of wood that is as straight as possible to place under the fish. This will also allow you to cook it on the plate after a very short frying time.
