Preparation
Cut the peppers into rings and remove the insides so that there is enough space to fill them.
Take the rösti or grated potatoes and press them into the rings.
Season to taste and off you go!
Preparation
Place the stuffed pepperoni rings on the hot, oiled grill ring and season directly on the plate. After approx. 5 Min. you can turn the rings with the help of a spatula. Once the rings are crispy enough to your liking, move them to the outer grill ring to keep them warm.

Pepperoni rings with fried eggs go perfectly with it!
