Ingredients for 2 people
2 pcs. Beef entrecote

Preparation
Take the meat out of the fridge one hour before grilling and pat it dry.
Preparation
Place the entrecotes on the hot churrasco from the grill rack system.
Leave the meat for 2-3 minutes and then turn it 90 degrees to create the beautiful cross pattern.
Turn the entrecote to the other side and repeat the process.
Leave the meat until the desired level of doneness is reached.
