Ingredients for 2 people
2 peppers
4 mushrooms
1 onion
1 small tin of corn
Peterli
Mozzarella balls
Cream cheese

Preparation
Cut the peppers in half lengthways and remove the seeds. Finely chop the onion, mushrooms and parsley. Place the cream cheese, sweetcorn and finely chopped ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Mix well and fill the pepperoni boats with the mixture.

Preparation
Place the stuffed veggie pepper boats on the hot, oiled grill ring. After approx. 7 minutes, we recommend turning the tip of the boat facing inwards outwards. Now you can garnish the boats with mozzarella balls, cream cheese and the parsley crisps and the treat is ready.
Baking tip
Place the boats on a grill that is not quite so hot, for example over the pizza oven.
