Ingredients for 2 people
1 puff pastry
4 slices of pineapple
4 strawberries
4 marshmallows
Honey
Cinnamon
Preparation
Lay out the puff pastry and divide it into four equal pieces. Now place the pineapple slices on top.
“Twirl” the corners and fold them inwards.
Now you can secure them with a marshmallow.
Place them in a baking tin.
Pour a little honey over the top, sprinkle with cinnamon and off you go to bake…
Preparation
Take the baking tin – with the help of the pizza peel – and place it on the preheated pizza oven insert for 45 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the baking tin 180°, everything should be equally brown.
After approx. 20 minutes, they should be ready. Remove the baking tin using the pizza peel and garnish each pineapple marshmallow pastry with a strawberry.
Our tip
A scoop of vanilla ice cream and some whipped cream go perfectly with this Feuerkugel dessert creation.
