Pineapple marshmallow cookies

Ingredients for 2 people
1 puff pastry
4 slices of pineapple
4 strawberries
4 marshmallows
Honey
Cinnamon

Preparation
Lay out the puff pastry and divide it into four equal pieces. Now place the pineapple slices on top.
„Twirl“ the corners and fold them inwards.
Now you can fix them with a marshmallow.
Place them in a baking dish.
Pour some more honey over it, sprinkle with cinnamon and off you go to bake...

Preparation

Using the pizza peel, take the baking tin and place it on the preheated Feuerkugel.pizza oven insert for 45 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the baking tin 180°, everything will be equally brown.
They should be ready after approx. 20 minutes. Remove the baking tin using the pizza peel and garnish each pineapple marshmallow cookie with a strawberry.

Our tip

A scoop of vanilla ice cream and some whipped cream go perfectly with this Feuerkugel dessert creation.
