Ingredients for 4 people
1 rectangular puff pastry,
2 tbsp mustard,
1 pack of bacon,
5 large peas
Preparation
Lay out the puff pastry and spread with mustard, cut lengthwise into 5 strips, cover with bacon and then roll up one side of the pastry.
Preparation
Place the filled puff pastry rolls on the hot, oiled grill ring and fry until golden brown on all sides. They should be baked after about 15 minutes. Always work on the hotter side of the grill ring.
