Hedgehog rolls

Ingredients for 2 people
2 Schlumbi rolls
8 small slices of raclette cheese
1 pack of diced bacon
2 sprigs of parsley
1 pinch of basil
1 pinch of garlic powder


Preparation
Take the Schlumbi bread roll and cut it 3-4 times lengthwise and 3-4 times crosswise from the top.
Take the raclette slices and insert them into the prepared slits.
You can distribute the bacon cubes in the remaining slits.
Season to taste with the herbs and garlic powder.

Preparation

Place the hedgehog rolls on the warm pizza oven tray using the pizza peel. Make sure that you work in the middle of the oven (not too close to the fire!). Keep turning the rolls so that all sides are nicely golden and the cheese has melted.
Your delicious finger food is ready after approx. 7 to 10 minutes.

To make sure that no bacon cubes tumble away or the raclette cheese runs out of the sides, you can cover the hedgehog rolls with some aluminum foil. This will keep your
fireclay bricks nice and clean.
