Ingredients for 4 portions
1 rectangular puff pastry,
4 aluminum trays,
2 bananas,
2-3 pineapple rings,
coconut slivers,
2dl icing,
chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and place them with the paper in the aluminum trays. Sprinkle the base with coconut flakes as you would for a cake. Cut the bananas and pineapple into small pieces and spread them over the coconut slivers, then pour a little of the topping over each and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
Preparation
Using the pizza peel, place one pastry after the other on the hot firebricks. Make sure that they are not too close to the fire. As soon as the puff pastry has risen and is golden in color, you can turn it over in the oven so that both sides of the pastry are equally browned. If it is too hot and the pastry darkens too quickly, use our bread baking heat shield to help. Allow the exotic pastries to cool slightly before eating.
