Ingredients for 4 skewers
300g polet breast, 1pc red pepper, 1pc Zuchetti, 1pc onion, 1 pinch chili, 1 pinch Himalayan salt, 1 pinch hot paprika, 1 pinch pepper, 1 pinch meat spice, fresh herbs, 2pcs garlic cloves, 4 wooden sticks
Preparation
Peel and halve the onion and cut into large pieces, slice the zugetti and peppers, chop the garlic, cut the chicken breast into equal pieces (approx. 3 cm), sprinkle with garlic and spices and knead in. Then skewer the meat and vegetables alternately.
Preparation
Place the spicy chicken and vegetable skewers on the hot, oiled grill ring. Work on the hottest side of the fireball. Turn the skewers every 3 to 4 minutes so that they are evenly browned. Garnish the skewers with the herbs.
