Ingredients for 3 people
3 burrito tortillas, 300g mixed mince, 1 crème fraîche, 1 small tin of white beans, 3-4 tbsp corn, 1 yellow pepper, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 8 cherry tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 pinch of dried chili seeds, 1 pinch of pepper, 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 pinch of ground chili, 2-3 pots of Tabasco, 1 dash of hot salsa sauce and a little olive oil

Cut the vegetables into small pieces, marinate the minced meat with the spices and oil and add the chopped vegetables, mix everything well...

Now place the mixture on the hot, oiled grill ring and fry briefly. Then add the corn and beans and mix. Place the burrito tortillas on the grill plate to warm them up. Leave for 2 minutes, then fill the burritos with the filling using the spatula, add a spoonful of crème fraîche to each and close. And the fiery hot burritos are ready!
