Breakfast rolls

Ingredients for 2 people
2 pcs. Rolled bread rolls
2 eggs
2 slices of ham shoulder
2 slices of Emmetaler cheese
½ onion
2 pinches of paprika
Fresh herbs

Preparation
Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings. Cut off the top of the rolls and carefully remove the inside of the bread from the bottom. Now place the slices of ham and then the Emmental slice inside. Press the whole thing down lightly to create a nice trough. Now you can break the egg into it.

Finally, garnish the fried egg with the onion rings, paprika and fresh herbs. You are also welcome to add a little salt to the egg – but bear in mind that both the ham and the cheese will still release some salt. Form a small bowl out of aluminum foil for each egg so that nothing leaks out later.

Preparation
Now you can use the pizza peel to carefully place the breakfast rolls on the firebricks.
Bake one side for approx. 5-7 minutes, then you can turn the rolls so that both sides are facing the fire.

Our tip

You can toast the bun lids briefly on the grill ring and serve them together as soon as the Breakfast buns are ready, or keep them warm on the grill ring.
