2 pcs. Beef entrecote
Stedy Steakhouse pepper
Preparation
Take the meat out of the fridge one hour before grilling and pat it dry.
Preparation
Place the entrecotes on the hot churrasco from the grill rack system.
Leave the meat to rest for 2-3 minutes and then turn it 90 degrees to create a nice cross pattern.
Turn the entrecote to the other side and repeat the process.
Leave the meat to rest until the desired level of doneness is reached.

We only season our entrecote after grilling, with Stedy Steakhouse pepper!
