Ingredients for 1 portion
160 g flour, 1 pinch of salt, 2 tbsp sugar, 500 ml low-fat milk, 4 eggs, 2 apples, 4 tsp vegetable oil, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 pomegranate
Preparation
Place the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Mix with milk and leave to soak for approx. 15 minutes. Add the eggs and stir in. Wash the apples thoroughly and cut into slices. Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds.

Rub the grill ring with oil or butter, cover with apple slices and tip 1/4 of the batter onto the fried apple pieces on the grill ring, bake for approx. 4 minutes until golden brown. Using the two spatulas, turn the pancakes over and finish baking on the other side, sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar, garnish with pomegranate and serve.
